At this year’s code camp, Oct 6 and 7, come join Athol Foden of Brighter Naming lead a discussion on the future of domain names. ICANN is busy approving all the applications, and next year these will start to go into effect.
Google and others have really exercised some muscle here, but will the world care? Or will these new names go the route of .info and .biz… very small markets.
Athol will also be giving his ever popular talk “From code to product to market to business” showing programmers how to take their code and make it into a business in a quick overview fashion.
