We run an early shift most days to accommodate our large client base on the East Coast (New England, Mid Atlantic and SE), or in the Midwest and Southwest, or in Europe as well. We often facilitate executive naming meetings in the middle of the night or very early mornings to get every one on the phone – at least briefly. With the help of email there is seldom need for videoconferencing, though we are very happy to use Skype or GoToMeeting, etc.
